5. Term & Survival

This Agreement remains in effect for five (5) years from the Effective Date, with confidentiality obligations surviving in perpetuity, and may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' notice.

7. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any information disclosed by either party, whether or not marked as confidential, including business plans, customer lists and source code, designs and technical data.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the discloser's choosing.

Which jurisdictions do you cover?

Do you train AI on my documents?

No. Your documents are confidential, encrypted, and never used to train shared models. Review work is covered by attorney–client privilege.

How fast is turnaround?
